Bard Amends Share Distribution Record Date For Spin Out

July 27, 2015 – Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (“Bard” or the “Company“) announces that further to its news release dated July 7, 2015, the Company’s Share Distribution Record date has been re-set until such time as the listing of the shares of its subsidiary (“Spinco“) on the Canadian Securities Exchange is approved. The common shares of Bard will continue to trade with the entitlement to Spinco shares until the new record date is set. The entitlement to Spinco shares will be removed from the Bard shares two trading days before the record date.

Announcement of the listing of Spinco shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange shall be issued by the Company in due course. Please also watch for bulletins from the Canadian Securities Exchange announcing the listing date.
